This proposal will include up to 84 affordable or starter homes.
Designs
The village’s layout, architectural form, and surrounding landscape have been analysed to ensure the proposal’s design draws inspiration from its character.
Traditional building designs will reflect the architectural history and materials of the village.
Based on the outcome of the outline planning application, the detailed designs and choice of materials will be submitted in a future reserved matters planning application.
